After all sporting events at MVHS were postponed and eventually cancelled due to COVID-19 on March 13, 2020, many MVHS spring athletes were cut short of the potential achievements, accomplishments and memories they would have gained in this athletic season. Not only were school sporting events cut short, but multiple professional sports leagues have also done the same. In this package, El Estoque explores the feelings from different MVHS athletes who have been impacted directly from this change, fans of professional sports leagues, as well gives insight on ways the community can still remain physically active despite shelter-in-place.
